摘　　要：分析了图文一体化理论的含义、目的、表示方式和要求 ,应用超图理论分析如何建立图形和属性合一的空间数据库。针对当前国土房管部门信息化对图文一体的要求 ,分析其图文一体化的关键技术与方法 ,并为国土房管部门的图文一体化办公提出了新的理念。The definition,the target,the expression style and the requirements of the Graphic_attributes Integration \{tech_\}\{nology,\} and how to set up spatial database with Graphic_attributes Integration are discussed.In accordance with the office automation of the land & real estate departments,the key techniques and methods are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward.
