武汉市人口的空间变动与郊区化研究

摘　　要：利用近32年的人口统计资料,对武汉市的人口空间变化和郊区化进程分三个时段进行了研究.研究表明三个时段内武汉市的人口空间变动和郊区化存在着显著差别,具体为:(1)从13个区的人口空间增长速度看,在三个时段内各区的人口平均增长速度差异很大;(2)从中心城区、近郊区和远郊区的地域角度看,人口空间变动有着"中间大,两头较小"、"中间小,两头大"和"中间大,两头也较大"的演变规律;(3)从郊区化历程看,武汉市真正意义的"郊区化"并不明显,但由于过去工业化的引发作用,武汉市的近郊化已经有了一定程度.同时存在较强的人口空间向心聚集力量,导致了武汉市的城市发展有着很大的特殊性.在此分析的基础上,还剖析了武汉市近32年来人口空间变动与郊区化的主要原因;最后,根据武汉市城市规划纲要思想并结合部分发达城市郊区化特征,对武汉市今后5～8年的人口空间变动和郊区化进行了预测.Based on the data of population census,the spatial redistribution and suburbanization of the population in Wuhan for past 32 years have been analyzed from three periods,and the results show that the spatial redistribution and suburbanization of the populatoin in Wuhan are obviously different:(1)From the view of the speed of the spatial redistribution and suburbanization of the population,the speeds of 13 districts were significently disparitive;(2)From the view of the three areas of centre city,near suburban and further suburban,there was the rule that the spatial redistribution of the population evolves from'the middle is big,and the two pionts are smaller','the middle is small,and the two points are big' to 'the middle is bigger,and the two points are big';(3)From the view of suburbanizatin of the population,the common 'suburbanization' was not significent,but the near suburbanization had initiated because of industial factor.At the same time,because there was the force of spatial concentration of the population,the development of Wuhan municipality was special.On the basis of that,the primary factors have been analyzed;At last,according to the sketch of Wuhan city planing (1996～2020) and comparision to other developed cities,forecasts the tendency of the spatial redistribution and suburbanization of the population from 5 to 8 years.
