摘　　要：青少年犯罪已成为影响社会治安稳定的突出问题。青少年犯罪的主要原因是多方面的。因此 ,有效地预防和治理青少年犯罪 ,既需要强化社会、学校、家庭“三位一体”教育合力 ,更需要社会各界尽快建立、健全综合治理的社会预防体系。Juvenile crime has become an important problem that influences social security and stability .Its reasons lie in many ways. Therefore, in order to prevent and control juvenile crime, the united education from the society, school and family should be strengthened. In the meanwhile different social communities should establish and perfect a social preventive system of comprehensive control
