摘  要:目的 观察清开颗粒对大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的影响,探讨清开颗粒抗急性肝坏死的作用机制。方法 分别以 D-GalN加LPS染毒和TAA染毒Wistar大鼠造成两种急性肝坏死动物模型,用Backman自动生化分析仪测试血清NO和TNF。结果 清开颗粒治疗组和预防组的血清NO和TNF水平明显低于模型组和HGF对照组(P<0.05)。结论 清开颗粒有降低大鼠血清NO和TNF的作用,这可能就是清开颗粒抗急性肝坏死的作用机制之一。AIM To study the influence of Qingkai Granules on the serum Nitric Oxide and Tumor necrosis factor in rat with Acute Hepatic injure,and explose research the mechanism of Qingkai Granules (QKG) in treating Acute Hepatic injure. METHOD Experiment model of AHN was induced in rat by two methods, one by administering D-galactosamine (D-GlaN) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS), another by administering thioacetamide (TAA) , and serum NO and TNF was detected by Backman automatic biochemistry analyzer. RESULT Qingkai Granules therapeutic group and Qingkai Granules prophylactic groups' NO and TNF levels were significantly lower than those of model groups'. P<0. 05. CONCLUSION Qingkai Granules reduced the serum NO and TNF level, that may be the part of mechanism by which QKG protects liver.
