摘　　要：目的 总结输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管结石的经验和体会。方法 2002-03～06采用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石51例(59侧)。结果 侧输尿管结石被粉碎55例,成功率93.2％。碎石后肾绞痛7例,无感染和输尿管损伤发生。手术后平均住院3.5d。结论 钬激光碎石术是治疗输尿管结石一种安全、有效的方法。Objectve To present the experiences of holmium laser urctescopic Uthotripsy for ureteral stones. Method From Mar to Jun. 2002, 51 consecutive patients(59 lateral) were underwent uertescopic lithotripsy with holmium laser for the ureteral stones. Results The 55 lateral ureteral stones was fragmented and the successful rate of stone fragmentation was 93.2% . The kidney angina happened in 7 patients postlithotripsy. No urinary infections and ureteral injury occured. Conclusion Holmium laser uretescopic Uthotripsy is safe and effective treatment modality for ureteral stones.
