妇血宁治疗阴虚血热型月经不调的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨妇血宁的疗效机理及中医阴虚血热证型与现代内分泌学之间的关系。方法:选取雌性SD大鼠40只,随机分为4组,即正常治疗组、生理盐水组、阴虚组、阴虚治疗组。分别观察其治疗前后的前列腺素PGF2α、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)分泌水平及出凝血时间变化。结果:正常治疗组及阴虚治疗组的E2水平均显著下降(P<0.01);阴虚治疗组的PGF2α、P显著下降(P<0.01);正常治疗组与阴虚治疗组的出凝血时间均显著降调(P<0.05)。结论:妇血宁能通过调节阴虚血热型大鼠紊乱的内分泌功能和降调其出凝血时间而产生疗效。Objective: To discuss the curative effect mechanism of FuXueNing complex decoction on YinXuXueRe type rats, and evaluate the relationship between YinXuXueRe type and endocrinology. Methods:Selected 40 SD rats, and divided them into four groups in random:normal rats with FuXueNing complex decoction group,normal rats with physiological salt solution group,YinXuXueRe group,YinXuXueRe type rats with FuXueNing complex decoction group. The level of PGF2α、E2、P in serum was observed, the times of hemorrhage and condense blood were counted. Results:The E2 level of normal rats with FuXueNing complex decoction group and YinXuXueRe type rats with FuXueNing complex decoction group was reduced significantly(P<0.05);Only the PGF2α、P level of YinXuXueRe type rats with FuXueNing complex decoction group were reduced(P<0.01). And the times of hemorrhage and condense blood of the two groups were reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion:FuXueNing complex decoction has its curative effect on YinXuXueRe type rats by improved the endocrine function and time of hemorrhage and condense blood.
