赤芍总苷对大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究赤芍总苷对血液流变学的影响。方法:用注射肾上腺素并附加冰浴的方法复制血瘀模型,观察赤芍总苷对大鼠血液流变性的作用。结果:赤芍总苷能降低血瘀大鼠的血液粘度、纤维蛋白原含量和红细胞聚集指数,减小红细胞压积。结论:赤芍总苷对血瘀大鼠血液流变学异常有明显改善作用。Objective:To study the effect of total glucosides of Radix Paeonieae rubra on hemorrheology of rats. Method:Establishing a model of blood stasis by means of giving rats an injection of adrenalin and making it swim in ice-cold water, then observing the change of hemorrheology after the rats have taken TGRP. Result:Total glucosides of Radix Paeonieae rubra could markedly decrease the whole blood viscosity, plasma relative viscosity, fibrinogen content and aggregation index of red blood cell in lemostasis rats. Conclusion:TGRP could improve hemorrheology in lemostasis rats.
