不同条件制备的甲醇合成催化剂CuO/ZnO的活性与铜表面积的关系

摘  要:共沉淀法制备的CuO/ZnO催化剂,用于二氧化碳加氢低压甲醇合成已有不少报导;但对催化剂制备中的一些重要环节探索不多,尽管Pan等研究过共沉淀时溶液的pH值不同,对所制的CuO/ZnO催化剂的铜表面积和合成甲醇(由一氧化碳加氢合成甲醇)活性的影响很显著.目前一般均采用1mol/L Na_2CO_3滴加到硝酸铜和硝酸锌混合溶液中,至pH值达8.2左右,但对滴加1mol/L Na_2CO_3的速度快慢对催化剂性能的影响尚未研究过;Four CuO/ZnO catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method under different conditions. Their catalytic activities for methanol synthesis by CO2 hydrogenation under 1.01MPa were measured. The catalyst prepared by co-precipitating the solution of Cu(NO3)2 and Zn(NO3)2 with slow addition of 1 mol/L Na2CO3 solution demonstrated higher catalytic activity. The CO chemisorption and X-ray line broadening techniques were used to estimate the surface area of Cu exposed on the catalyst surface and the size of Cu crystallites. The results revealed that a catalyst with relative large Cu surface area and smaller crystallite size exhibited higher activity for methanol synthesis in the hydrogenation of CO2.
