摘 要:应用CO+H_2高压合成反应及XRD,MES,IR,TPD等方法研究了CO+H_2合成液态烃燃料Fe-Eu新催化剂,探讨了Eu_2O_3对铁催化剂的结构和物理化学性质的调变作用。结果表明,Fe-Eu催化剂具有独特的物理化学性质和CO加氢催化特性。Eu_2O_3的添加显著提高了铁的分散度,改善了铁的热稳定性,改变了催化剂的CO、H_2化学吸附特性,提高了合成气转化率及烃的产率,并显著改善了C_5~C_(19)汽柴油烃馏份的收率。A new Fe-Eu catalyst for the synthesis of liquid hydrocarbon fuel from CO hydrogenation has been studied. The catalyst was characterized by XRD, Mossbauer effect spectroscopy (MES), TPD of CO and H2, and infrared spectra of chemisorbed CO. It appears that the Fe-Eu taca-lyst possesses unique physico-chemical properties and CO hydrogenation activity. The promotive effects of Eu2O3 are related to the structural and chemical modification of the iron catalyst. The addition of Eu2O3 increases the dispersion of iron, improves the thermo-stability of the iron catalyst, and changes the chemisorption modes of CO and H2. This is evidenced by the increase in syngas conversion and hydrocarbon yield, the improvement of the selectivity for C5-C19 fraction and the suppression of CH4 and wax formation. The results showed that Fe-Eu is a promising catalyst which can be employed as a basis for the development fo a single-stage Fischer-Tropsch process for the synthesis of gasoline-diesel oil with high selectivity.
