摘 要:目的 观察超短波对内毒素性肺损伤所致的肺间质纤维化的影响。方法 健康大白兔 18只 ,随机分为对照组 (C组 ) 6只 ,静脉内注入生理盐水 5ml。观察组 12只 ,大肠杆菌内毒素 0 .7mg/kg体重 ,生理盐水 5ml稀释后静脉内注入。其中 6只应用超短波治疗 1周 (A组 ) ,另 6只不做任何治疗观察 1周 (B组 )。应用透射电镜和组织化学方法观察各组肺间质纤维化形成程度及肺泡一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)阳性染色细胞数的变化。结果 肺间质纤维化程度 ,A组与C组比较无显著性差异。B组与C组比较纤维化程度明显增多 .肺泡NOS阳性染色细胞数A组与C组比较差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,B组与C组比较 ,B组NOS阳性染色细胞数明显减少 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 超短波具有明显的保护损伤肺组织减轻肺间质纤维化的作用。其调节肺组织NOS活性的作用可能是防治肺间质纤维化的重要途径之一。Objective To observe the effect of u ltrashortwave diathermy on endotoxin- induced pulmonary interstitial fibrosis i n rabbits. Methods Eighteen healthy adult rabbits were randomly and equally divided into 3 groups: the control group (group C), intrave nous injection of 5 ml of normal saline was given; the experimental control grou p (group A), pulmonary interstitial fibrosis was induced by intravenous injectio n of endotoxin (0.7 mg/kg.body weight) in the animals and treated by the ultrash ortwave diathermy; experimental group (group B), pulmonary interstitial fibrosis was induced as described above and not given any treatment. A comparison concer ning the histopathological findings and the number of NOS positive staining cell s was made among the groups. Results There was no signi ficant difference between group A and C, with regard to the degree of fibrotic c hanges and the number of NOS positive staining cells.The number of NOS positive staining cells in the animals of group B was significantly less than that of gro ups A and C ( P <0.01), however, there was no significant difference between g roups A and C when number of these cells was compared. Conclusion Ultrashortwave diathermy may protect the alveolar wall from injury, a nd the regulation of NOS activity may be one of the most important roles of ultr ashortwave diathermy.
