窦口鼻道复合体CT冠状扫描对慢性鼻窦炎分型的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨窦口鼻道复合体冠状CT平扫在慢性鼻窦炎分型诊断中的重要意义。方法 对160例(320侧)副鼻窦冠状位CT片进行分型,并分析各型病变CT特征性改变。结果 漏斗型72例(45.0％);窦口鼻道复合体型26例(16.3％);蝶筛隐窝型33例(20.6％);息肉型17例(10.6％);散在或不能分型者12例(7.5％)。结论 窦口鼻道复合体冠状CT扫描可明确显示各型鼻窦炎的特点,为手术术式提供重要和直接的依据。Objective To explore the importance of coronal CT scanning of ostiomeatal complex diagnositic typing of chronic paranasal sinusitis.Methods Coronal CT images of paranasal sinuses in 160 individuals (320 sides) were typed,and characteristic changes of different types were analyzed. Results Funnel type was, found in 72 cases (45.0 % ) , ostiomeatal complex type in 26 (16.3 % ), butterfly sifter type in 33 cases (20.3% ), polyp typein 17 cases (10.6% ) ,and sporadic type or un typed in 12(7.5%) .Conclusions The coronal CT scanning of ostiomeatal complex could definitely demonstrate each model diseases, and provide the important and direct evidence for the operational style.
