彩色多普勒观察正常妊娠家兔注射青心酮前、后脐动脉血流变化

摘　　要：目的　为验证青心酮对子宫 胎盘血液循环的影响。方法　应用彩色多普勒观察正常妊娠家兔脐动脉血流速度波形 ,在注射青心酮 2 .5mg/kg ,5mg/kg ,10mg/kg三个剂量组用药前、后的变化。于用药前、用药后 10min、3 0min、60min监测兔崽脐动脉血流速度波形。结果　其收缩期峰值流速略有下降 ,舒张末期流速升高 ,S/D比值 ,阻力指数 (RI) ,搏动指数 (PI)在三个剂量组均较用药前降低。结论　青心酮能有效改善妊娠家兔子宫 胎盘血液循环 ,降低脐动脉血管阻力。Objective To verify the influence of 3,4 Dihydroxyacetophenone (3,4 DHAP) on blood circulation of uterus and placenta. Methods Twenty normal pregnant rabbits were divided into three groups.Group Ⅰ was given 3,4 DHAP injection in a dose of 2.5mg/kg,group Ⅱ was given 5mg/kg,group Ⅲ was given 10mg/kg.Umbilical artery blood flowing waves were recorded before injection,then the waves were recorded after 10,30 and 30 minutes intervals. Results Peak velocity of umbilical artery in systole desend a little,while end diastole velocity elevated.In the three groups,S/D ratio RI and PI decreased after 3,4 DHAP injection. Conclusion 3,4 DHAP is an effective drug to improve blood circulation of uterus and placenta of pregnant rabbits and can decrease the umbilical artery resistance.
