摘　　要：随着中国加入WTO和我国政治和经济体制改革的不断深入 ,管理决策科学化特别是预决策系统的建立将是各企事业单位的立足之本。本文从北京市药检所管理软件发展的历程分析 ,认为新一代ERP管理系统必将代替传统的MIS系统成为各级管理者决策依靠的手段之一。同时针对ERP系统在我国推行过程中的经验教训 。This article analyzed the development of management software for Beijing Municipal Institute for Drug Control and point out that the new generation of ERP(enterprise Resource Planning)system is bound to take thd place of the traditional MIS(Management Information System) and become the approahes for managers decision-making. In the light of the lessons during the promotion of ERP system in our country, the author discussed the problems and countermeasures in setting up ERP system.
