摘 要:采用梯度平板筛选法 ,从染布厂废水池污泥中分离到一株对蒽醌染料KN -R有较强脱色能力的青霉菌X5 (Penicilliumsp .) ,并考察该菌在不同温度、pH、培养时间、染料浓度、菌量及不同碳源氮源条件下对活性艳蓝KN -R的脱色情况。结果表明 ,在 2 0~ 40℃温度范围内该菌对活性艳蓝KN -R的脱色率均在 95 %以上。其最佳脱色温度为 2 5℃ ,pH为 4 0 ,培养时间为 48h ;染料浓度、菌量对染料脱色有一定影响 ;该菌对碳源、氮源具有较宽适应范围。在最佳条件下 ,该菌对染料的脱色率达 99 3 %。A dye-decolorizing fungus strain X5 ( Penicillium sp. ) was isolated through gradient plate from effluent sludge and it was very effective to decolorize Anthraquinone Dye KN-R. This paper studied its decolorizing effectiveness of Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R under different temperatures, pH, cultivation time, and quantity of fungus and carbon sources, nitrogen sources. The results showed that the decolorizing rates were above 95% to Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R when temperature was 20~40℃ and pH 3 0~8 0. The optimum temperature,cultivation time and pH of decolorization were 25℃,48h and 4 0,respectively. The concentration of dye and quantity of fungus had definite influence. X5 had wide adaptive range of carbon sources and nitrogen sources. The decolorizing rate were 99 3% to Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R under the optimum conditions.
