摘 要:作者改造了BP-12型热疲劳试验机,并探讨了适于板状试样的热疲劳试验方法。对国产的电炉冶炼5CrNiMo钢,经VHD处理后,和进口的同类5种试验钢进行热疲劳性能比较的研究。试验结果表明,VHD处理对提高模具钢的热疲劳性能有显著作用。采用VHD处理并调整微量成分后再加入0.11%V的5CrNiMoV钢的热疲劳性能最好,赶上联邦德国,日本同类钢的水平。控制5CrNiMo钢中的铬和钼在上限并加入0.10%左右的钒,对提高钢材在较高温度下的热疲劳性能有重要的作用。Thermal-fatigue of SCrNiMo steel was studied with the method suitable for plate specimen. The method is developed by the authors on the basis of BP-12 thermal-fatigue testing machine. The results demonstrate that the VHD treatment can significantly improve the thermal-fatigue property of the die steel. They also show that among the steels under examination the SCrNiMo steel with 0.11wt% V refined by the VHD process is the best and matches the S5NiCrMoV6 made in F. R. Germany and the SKT4 made in Japan. Moreover, the addition of about 0.10wt% V together with the adjustment of Cr and Mo contents up to the upper limits can improve thermalfatigue property of SCrNiMo steel at certain high temperatures.
