摘　　要：我国汽车产业自主发展是经济控制权、产业联动发展、获得长期市场效益等的需要。我国汽车产业在技术、市场机遇以及受经济、技术上支持等方面看,自主发展是可行的。在世界汽车工业新一轮技术转换和发展的关键时期,我国汽车产业通过官、产、学、研大联合,实施“国家汽车创新工程”,可实现新一代汽车和新技术的创新突破,取得自主发展的主动权。Self-developing of automotive industry in our country is a demand of economic control right, combined industrial development and obtaining a long market benefit, etc. looking at automotive industry technology, market opportunity, economy and technology support in our country, it is feasible for self-developing. In a critical period of a new round technology transformation and development in world automotive industry, by combination of government, enterprise, university and research institute, and implementing 'national automotive innovation engineering' , China automotive industry can realize the break through for a new generation automobile and new technology innovation to obtain the active self-developing right.
