摘　　要：电视台总控为实现业务管理、信号调度的智能化以及调度业务执行的自动化,在总控系统硬件平台基础之上需建设控管监系统。本文详细介绍中央电视台控管监系统功能、系统设计及最终实现情况,以及如何将总控的工作进行规范化、智能化处理。Control, Management and Monitoring System(CMMS) based on the hardware platform of Master Control System(MCS) for China Central Television is required to business management, signal dispatch's intellectualization and service dispatch's automation. This article elaborates CMMS' function, design and implementation. CMMS has realized MCS operation's standardization and intellectualization. This article can be used as a reference in terms of implementation for similar systems.
