摘　　要：为了加强对WAP网站视听节目的监管,本文利用网络爬虫、关键词匹配等技术,构建了广西WAP网站视听节目监管平台,实现对广西WAP网站的节目采集、分析、识别、审核、取证和管理。该系统提供了有效的技术管理手段,及时掌握网上视听节目传播趋势与动态,减轻人工审核的工作量,提高了监管的效率,促进WAP网站健康发展。In order to strengthen management of audio and video in the WAP websites, an audio-visual programs monitoring platform is built by using Web Crawler and keyword matching technologies. This system can realize WAP websites' program's gathering, analysis, detection, verii cation and management. With an ef ective way of management, the system masters program's transmission trend, reduces the workload, improves the ei ciency of supervision and promotes the healthy development of WAP websites.
