摘  要:要建成覆盖全国、兼容多种广播电视传输覆盖手段、满足应急广播信息发布需要的应急广播体系,需要充分利用现有广电资源。从战备应急、建设成本的维度来看,中波调幅广播覆盖方式仍是值得重视的技术领域。通过挖掘潜力、技术改造,中波广播将在应急广播发展契机中发挥出重要作用。结合普遍中波发射台现有设备实际情况提出应急广播中波覆盖网搭建思路,并就应急广播终端唤醒的关键技术——DTMF控制信令插入分析各时间参数关系。To build an emergency broadcasting system which can cover the country, be compatible with a variety of radio and television transmission coverage means, and meet emergency information distribution, we need to make full use of the existing broadcast resources. For emergency ef ect and construction cost, AM covering method is still worthy of attention. By potential's discovery and technological innovation, AM broadcast will play an important role within emergency broadcasting development. Base on the situation of AM transmitting station's existing equipment, this paper proposed ideas to build MW Overcast Net for Emergency Broadcasting System. It analyzed the relationship of each time parameter related to the DTMF control signal, which is the key point in the emergency broadcasting terminal control technology.
