摘　　要：本文从苏州有线综合网管系统开发背景入手,介绍了系统的内容及架构特征,利用项目管理知识对综合网管系统的风险进行具体而翔实的识别,并提出了有针对性应对措施。最后总结了此项研究对同行业部分借鉴意义。From development of the Suzhou CATV's integrated network management system, this article introduces the system's content and structure characteristics. Using project management knowledge,it recognizes the risk of the integrated network management system, and proposes targeted countermeasures. Finally this study is summarized for the industry's reference.
