摘　　要：女性社会科学工作者是一个文化水平高、研究能力强、社会影响力比较大的群体。当前,女性社科工作者必须把自己的角色定位与国家的发展战略紧密结合起来,与建设和谐社会的总体目标和主要任务紧密联系起来,自觉成为和谐社会建设的推动者、民族团结的促进者、女性问题研究的先导者、大众舆论的引导者、良好风尚的倡导者以及理论创新的推动者,这样才能更好地履行相应职责,实现女性社科工作者的功能与价值。Female social workers are generally well educated,and they are good at researching and have big influence in society.To fulfill their duties better and realize their value and function,female social workers should combine their role with nation's development strategy,and overall goal and tasks of building harmonious society.They should do their best to become promoters of harmonious society and national unity,fore runners of female problems research,guides of mass opinion,advocates of good customs,and pushers of theoretical innovation.
