摘  要:目的 报道新近研制的关节式导光臂用卤化银光纤手术刀头。方法 采用柔性卤化银光纤作为关节式导光臂CO2 激光治疗仪的手术刀工作部件 ,实现激光的转向。用卤化银多晶光纤制成在关节式导光臂上使用的卤化银光纤手术刀头。手术刀头由耦合器、光纤连接器、柔性金属管、聚焦透镜座等组成。光纤手术刀头输出端头带有气体保护装置 ,防止端面透镜污染。结果 具有防污结构的手术刀头整体直径 5mm ,卤化银光纤手术刀头的长度 <30 0mm ,柔性金属管依据用途能在 0~ 90°适当弯曲 ,弯曲半径 1 5mm ,输出连续激光功率 1 1~ 1 2W ,工作焦距 5mm。结论 卤化银光纤CO2 激光手术刀头适合在人体腔道端口部位如口腔、咽喉、阴道。Objective To report the newly developed the handpiece was made up of flexible silver halide optical fiber for mirror articulated optical waveguide. Methods The handpiece that was made up of silver halide optical fiber was at the end of articulated arms. Turned direction of laser was realized. As a means for CO 2 laser beam, the handpiece for articulated arms was consisted of couple, fiber connecter, flexible metallic tube, lens. There was a gaseous protector at the end of handpiece. Results The diameter of handpiece was 5 mm. According to use, the flexible metallic tube was bent from 0 to 90° and bent radius was 15 mm. The output power of handpiece for articulated arms that the length was less than 300 mm, was 11~12 W. The focus was 5 mm. Conclusions The handpieces can be used in the field of laser surgical treatment, such as stomatology, otolaryngology, gynecology, anus, etc.
