摘  要:目的 :观察前路颈椎钢板与 WDFC联合应用治疗颈椎骨折脱位及失稳的疗效。方法 :对 8例颈椎失稳伴有神经根症状 ,6例颈椎外伤性脱位 ,2例颈椎 WDFC术后松动的患者进行了颈椎前路减压 ,钢板与WDFC联合固定融合术。结果 :进行了 6~ 8个月的观察随访 ,术前有神经症状的 1 0例病人中 ,症状完全消失的 8例 ,大部分消失的 2例 ,术后 4个月全部达到了骨性融合 ,无假关节形成 ,无钢板、螺钉、WDFC松动及断裂。结论 :颈前路减压 ,钢板与 WDFC联合固定融合治疗颈椎脱位及失稳 ,可获得术后颈椎即刻稳定 ,固定可靠 ,骨性融合率高。有明显的神经根管间节扩大作用 ,解除了神经根受压。Objective:To observe the curative effects on the operative treatment of cervical fracture dislocation and unstabilization using WDFC and anterior cervical plate.Method:16 cases were treated by using WDFC and anterior cervical plate and at the same time, decompression was necessary. Of all these cases , 8 were unstabilization patients with nerve root symptoms , 6 were fracture dislocation patients and the other 2 were fixation failed patients after using WDFC alone.Results:All the patients were followed-up 6 to 8 months. Of 10 cases had nerve root symptoms, 8 were healed, 2 were improved obviously. All of these 16 cases had solid bony fusion without pseudoarthrosis or luxated fixation 4 months postoperatively.Conclusion:After taking decompression, using WDFC and anterior cervical plate to treat the cervical fracture dislocation and unstabilization can accelerate bone healing, provide the stability of the cervical and the fixtures immediately. The treatment can relieve the compression of the nerve roots and improve the function of the nerve roots.
