摘　　要：目的 :评价腰痹通胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效、适应性、安全性和使用注意事项。方法 :按中药新药审批办法 ,对 40 0例腰椎间盘突出症 ,中医辨证为血瘀气滞 ,脉络闭阻者 ,用腰痹通胶囊与腰痛宁胶囊进行临床比较。结果 :腰痹通胶囊治疗组疗效优于腰痛宁对照组 ,在疼痛、压痛、功能障碍等症状和体征分析 ,两者经统计学处理具有显著性差异。讨论腰痹通胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症优于腰痛宁胶囊。结论 :腰痹通胶囊无毒副作用 ,是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症较好的药物。Objective:The therapeutic effectiveness of yaobitong jiaonang(YBTJN)on lumber Disc Herniation safety,Indication matters needing attention as well,were studied.Methods:According to the measures approve for traditional chinese drugs.We compare the effectiveness of(YBTJN)and Yaotongning jiaonang(YTNJN)used for 400 cases with lumber Disc Herniation that diagnosis according to an overall difference of symptons and signs was blood stasis and slagnation of vital energy and collatenal branch of the large channel.Results:YBTJN group are much better than control group .The pain,tender point,tenderness claudication improvement of both groups exist obvious statistical difference.Conclusion:A Clinical Study on Treating lumber Disc Herniation with yaobitong jiaonang$$$$ Zhang Jun,Sun Shuchun,Shi Guantong,et al Institute of Orthopaedics and Traumatology,China Academy of TCM Beijing (100700) ABSTRACT Objective:The therapeutic effectiveness of yaobitong jiaonang(YBTJN)on lumber Disc Herniation safety,Indication matters needing attention as well,were studied.Methods:According to the measures approve for traditional chinese drugs.We compare the effectiveness of(YBTJN)and Yaotongning jiaonang(YTNJN)used for 400 cases with lumber Disc Herniation that diagnosis according to an overall difference of symptons and signs was blood stasis and slagnation of vital energy and collatenal branch of the large channel.Results:YBTJN group are much better than control group .The pain,tender point,tenderness claudication improvement of both groups exist obvious statistical difference.Conclusion:[WYBTJN has no toixic side effect,is a kind of better drug for treating lumber Disc Herniation.
