摘　　要：[目的 ]证明家兔对肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)病毒具有敏感性。 [方法 ]取病兔的肺、肾、肝脏 ,常规制备悬液 ,接种于小白鼠乳鼠脑腔 ,经 3次传代见出现特异症状或死亡的乳鼠 ,常规方法分离病毒 ,并对其中 3株系统鉴定 ,用间接免疫荧光 (IFAT)试验检测分离病毒株的抗原特性。 [结果 ]与分离病毒株的IFAT试验结果 ,病兔恢复期血清滴度≥ 4倍增长 ,正常人、非HFRS病人血清与呼肠弧病毒Ⅰ～Ⅲ型血清不发生反应。分离病毒株与HFRS病人血清、HFRS病毒单克隆抗体均为阳性反应。 [结论 ]从家兔分离出的JR1 、JR2 和JR3Objective\]To confirm the rabbits are sensitive to HFRS virus \To take the three kinds of organs ( lungs, kidneys and liver) of the sick rabbits. After washing repeatedly, these organs were made into a suspension inoculated to suckling mice brains. After observing continuously on the 3 generations, we found that these mice showed the specific symptoms of HFRS or died, and identified the three strains inoculated and separated from the brain of mice, and were determined systematically The antigens of these strains were detected by the methods that reacted to the two kinds of patient's serum of the epidemic hemorrhagic fever and the sick rabbit's serum in convalescence \The specific antibodies in sera of sick rabbits in restoration was 5 times or more But it could not react to the serum of the normal person and the sera of types I III of Reovirus The strains had positive reaction to the sera of HFRS patients and the monoclonal antibodies of HFRS virus \[Conclusions\] The experiments proved that the virus of JR 1,JR 2,JR 3 types are HFRS virus of hantaan type
