摘　　要：[目的 ]比较山东省汉城型汉坦病毒的生物学特性。 [方法 ] 2 0 0 2年使用核苷酸序列测定方法结合交叉空斑减少中和试验 ,对 1 984～1 997年从山东分离的汉坦病毒株SD2 5、SD70 、SD2 7和SD1 0 进行分析 ,比较其差异。 [结果 ]汉坦病毒株SD2 5、SD70 、SD2 7和SD1 0 均为家鼠型汉坦病毒 ,核苷酸及氨基酸序列与已知SEO型病毒具有较高的同源性 ,这 4株病毒间的同源性高达 98%以上。 [结论 ] 4株病毒相互间变异很小 。Objective\]To compare molecular characters of 4 SEO Hantaviruses isolated in Shandong Province.\For comparing the variability of hantaviruses strains:SD 25 ?SD 70 ?SD 27 and SD 10 ,the PCR products of partial M segments of 4 strains of Hantaviruses were sequenced and cross Plaque Reduction Neutralization Tests(PRNT) were performed in 2002. \Four strains of Hantavirus isolated from Rottus in Shandong Province were SEO like viruses. The homologies between the isolates from Shandong and other SEO like viruses were high both at amino acid and nucleotide levels. The homologies between 4 strains of Hantaviruses were 98%.\[Conclusions\]The SEO like Hantaviruses are high conserved.
