摘 要:高速铁路精密工程测量技术是高速铁路成功建设的关键技术之一。由于测量预算在整个工程造价中占据比重较低,建设单位一般缺乏专业测量管理人员,施工单位一般测量技术力量薄弱,缺乏健全的施工测量质量保证体系,测量成果质量有时难以保证,造成一定程度上的工期拖延、工程浪费或返工。本文从精密工程测量的几个主要方面入手,结合笔者多年高铁测量工作实践经验,针对目前高铁工程建设测量管理现状,强调加强测量管理的重要性,并提出精密工程测量管理关键控制环节及对策,相关经验可对在建或待建高速铁路工程提供借鉴作用。The technique of precise engineering surveying for high-speed railways is one of the key techniques to construct high-speed railways successfully. Since the surveying budgets occupy a lower proportion in the entire project cost, the development organization is lack of professional surveying administrators,and the construction organization's technical force is weak,and also its quality assurance system for engineering surveying is not perfect,or the quality of surveying results are hard to guarantee,it always causes the project delay,waste or to rebuild to some extent. In this paper,in terms of the major aspects of precise engineering surveying, the importance of strengthening engineering surveying management is emphasized. It carries out the key control elements as well as its countermeasure for precise engineering surveying management of high-speed railway in view of its present status so as to offer some help for high-speed railway which is construction in process or to be built soon,while associated with the engineering practice of the author engaged in this kind of job for years.
