摘 要:在风力机初步设计阶段,获得准确的气动特性数据可以大幅度缩减生产和测试的周期,因此开发速度快、精度高的设计方法具有重要的工程实用价值。该文运用余弦分隔法表征翼型,建立了常值偶极子面元法翼型绕流气动分析模型。通过与实验数据和Xfoil计算值的对比,总结出在攻角[-8o,8o]范围内,上述模型是可行的。然后,利用改进的Hicks-Henne型函数对翼型的几何外形进行参数化建模,并采用二次序列规划法作为寻优算法,建立了以最小压强系数标准差为目标函数的反设计模型。根据40个~280个面元的运算结果,得出当面元数取60个~100个时,模拟分析效率高。最后,选择具有不同厚度分布或对称性的基准翼型分别模拟分析,计算表明收敛精度都非常高。从而验证了该反设计方法的合理性、有效性及强鲁棒性。In the preliminary design stage of wind turbines, obtaining accurate data on aerodynamic characteristics can greatly reduce the number of production and testing cycles. Thus, developing a design method with high speed and accuracy has great practical value in engineering. In this paper, the airfoil characteristics are expressed by the cosine separation method, and an aerodynamic analysis model is established, which is based on the constant-strength doublet distribution panel method. By comparing the experimental data with calculated value of Xfoil, it is suggested that the above model is practicable when the angle of attack ranges from-8° to 8°.Then, the improved Hickes-Henne shape function is adopted for parametric modeling and the sequential quadratic programming is used for optimal solution, after which the inverse design model is established, which takes the minimum standard deviation of pressure coefficients as the objective function. According to the calculation results for 40~280 panels, it can be concluded that the simulation analysis is highly efficient when the number of panels is 60~100. Finally, standard airfoil models of different thickness distribution or symmetry are adapted for simulation analysis. It is showed that the results are of high convergence and accuracy. Thereby the inverse design method is validated as reasonable, effective, and robust.
