摘  要:用纽曼铁矿和海南铁矿作铺底料的烧结杯试验表明 :两种块矿替代烧结矿作铺底料都有利于提高烧结生产率 ,降低烧结能耗 ,改善烧结矿强度和低温还原粉化指标 ,后者效果更显著 .在烧结过程中 ,两种块矿铺底料不发生爆裂 。Laboratory sintering tests with Niuman and Hainan iron ores as hearth layer were conducted in a sinter pot. Results have proved that the two kinds of lump iron ores instead of sinter as hearth layer contributed to increasing sintering productivity and decreasing fuel consumption, and also improving tumbler strength and the reduction disintegration index of the sinter.The later has a more marked effect. The two kinds of lump iron ores as hearth layer didn't crack and the crystal water and sulfur impurity in ores could be removed during the sintering.
