摘　　要：对先进的微细银粉制备技术及其应用进展进行了综合评述 分析了化学法、γ射线辐照法、溅射法、脉冲激光烧蚀沉积法、剧烈塑性变形法等各种制备技术的特点 。The synthesis and application of ultra-fine Ag particles were reviewed. The main aspects of several preparation methods, such as chemical reduction, γ ray irradiation, sputtering, pulse laser ablation and severe plastic deformation, were analyzed and the prospect and major application fileds were also pointed out.
