摘　　要：新世纪电大图书馆事业的发展 ,离不开网络化信息资源建设和现代化管理两个方面。网络化信息资源建设是发展现代远程开发教育、振兴电大图书馆事业的生命线 ;资源管理是资源建设的可靠保障。On new century,the development of the library for Chinas RTVUs,which depend on both networked information resource and modernized management.The former is the living route of developing modernized distance and open education,and of bracing up the cause of library,the latter is the trustiness ensure of the former.
