摘　　要：根据中国鞋都图书馆的工作实践 ,对特色图书馆的服务新模式进行综述 ,阐明了鞋图在新的市场经济时代依据社会需求 ,开拓新的服务功能、新的服务方式 ,更好地为经济建设服务 ,为地方经济服务的具体做法。Based on the practice of the China Shoes Capital Library,the paper puts forward a comprehensive view for the new service for the new service mode of the featured library,approaching new methods to the administration and service of the shoe library under the new market environment.
