摘  要:长庆油田原油凝点高,必须加热外输,为了确定合适的加热温度,确保管道运行安全、节能,通过分析气温、地温的变化规律,得出地温随气温出现周期性变化,从而导致原油外输加热温度随地温成周期性变化的结论。对加热温度和地温进行对比,总结出了管道各月份运行要点。利用传热学公式计算出管道的传热系数,进而计算出外输需要的理论加热温度,对理论加热温度和实际加热温度进行对比,得出油房庄热泵站加热温度偏高的结论,造成热能浪费,建议降低加热温度。Condensation point of Changqing oilfield oil is high,and high pour point crude oil must be heated and put outside. In order to determine the appropriate heating temperature,to ensure the safe,energy conservation,by analyzing the variation of air temperature and geothermal,geothermal cyclical changes with air temperature,thus leading to the heating temperature of crude oil changed periodically with geothermal. By contrasting heating temperature and geothermal,the main points of each month were summed up. By heat transfer formula to calculate the heat transfer coefficient of pipeline,then the theoretical heating temperature was calculated. By contrasting heating temperature of theory and practical heating temperature,heat temperature of Youfangzhuang pump station was high,thus resulting in waste heat. So reducing the heating temperature was proposed.
