摘　　要：针对双管板换热器在制造过程中可能影响产品质量的关键点,进行分析、归纳、研究。发现内管板与换热管的强度胀接质量是影响整台双管板换热器质量的关键。因此,有针对性地制定相应的工艺措施,对内管板与换热管的强度胀接质量以及会对其造成影响的因素加以控制,确保质量满足设计要求。实践证明,在制造中采取控制措施,产品质量得到了保证,达到了预期目的。The key point that may affect the quality of the double tube plate heat exchanger was analyzed,inductived and researched. It found the expanding quality of inside the tube plate and heat exchange tube is the key,which impacted the quality of whole equipment. So making pointed references to formulate corresponding measures to control the expanding quality and some other negative factors may ensure the quality meet the design requirements. Practice proves that,the product quality be guaranteed by implementing these measures in the manufacturing,and the desired purpose is got.
