摘 要:通过百度试验法对降香黄檀(Dalbergia odorifera)木材的干燥特性进行研究,制定厚度为25mm的降香黄檀木材干燥基准。研究结果表明,依据百度干燥试验中干燥缺陷及干燥速度分级标准,降香黄檀试件无内裂现象,其特性等级均为1级;截面变形和扭曲变形的特性等级均为2级;初期开裂是降香黄檀试件最主要的干燥缺陷,降香黄檀试件的干燥速度属中等水平,其特性等级均为3级;综合特性等级为3级。The wood drying characteristics of Dalbergia odorifera were analyzed by using 100 ℃ test method, and the experiment drew up 25 mm thick D. odorifera as the wood drying schedule. The results showed that, based on the grading standard of drying defect and drying rate in 100 ℃ test method, D. odorifera specimens showed no internal crack and its characteristic grade was level 1.The cross section deformation and distortion characteristics of grade were level 2. The initial cracking was the main drying defects of Dalbergia odorifera specimen, while the drying rate of D. odorifera specimen was average which was level 3. The results synthesizd, the comprehensive properties grade of D. odorifera was level 3. Meanwhile, this experiment provided scientific theoretical basises for drying techniques of D. odorifera in the process of actual production.
