摘　　要：针对当前电能质量监测系统的数据特征 ,阐述了电能质量监测系统统计报表的设计原理与实现方法 ,提出了使用二进制数据文件进行管理、查询以及调用的方法 ,能够对所有数据快速查询及调用 。In accordance with the data characteristic generally existing in current monitoring system of power quality, a design principle and implementation method for a statistical report processing system is put forward in this paper, which makes use of the binary files to manage, inquire and call data files. This method can rapidly inquire and call all data. The statistical report is designed for the monitoring system of power quality, which embodies practical.
