摘  要:用硅丙乳液与纳米SiO2粒子在聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材表面制备了仿生自清洁涂层,采用扫描电镜、接触角表征了其低表面能、微-纳米粗糙结构。研究发现,当纳米SiO2含量为1.00%时,PVC型材表面涂层的接触角为151°,构成了超疏水表面。经集灰和耐玷污性实验发现,水滴能将面涂涂层的PVC型材表面的炭黑带走,涂层具有防污自清洁性能。耐候性研究表明,面涂涂层的PVC型材在老化10 d后,其总色差ΔE变化为8.61,具有优异的抗紫外老化性能,而没有涂层的PVC型材总色差变化为30.67,延长了户外PVC建筑型材的使用寿命。The coating was prepared with depositing silicone-acrylic emulsion and nano SiO2particles solution on the surface of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) profile,which was based on the principle of bionic self-cleaning. Through the characteristics of SEM and contact angle,the low surface energy and micro-nano coarse structure were verified. The results indicate that when the content of nano-SiO2is 1%,the contact angle of the PVC coating is 151°,forming a super-hydrophobic surface. The results of dust-collecting and anti-fouling experiment show that the carbon black on the coating PVC profile can be cleaned by the water droplets,indicating that the coating exhibits the anti-fouling and self-cleaning function. The aging test indicates that the total chromatic aberration of coated PVC profile is 8. 61,lower than that without coating with the total chromatic aberration of 30. 67,which implies that the coating can effectively slow down the ultraviolet aging of PVC surface.
