摘　　要：本文在分析网络环境下决策者对信息的需求特点的基础上 ,提出了精品信息是决策之本 ,生产精品信息是 2 1世纪信息人员的历史使命。以精品思想为指导 ,通过创办《农业科技参考》6年的实践 ,探讨了网络环境下利用科技信息为领导决策服务的新模式 ,系统总结了办好《参考》利用信息为宏观决策服务的基本经验 ,即 :突出信息开发利用的 3个重点 ,把握信息收集的三个环节 ,实现信息编发内容的 6个结合 ,保证信息精加工的 3个标准。Based on the analysis of the demand feature of the leaders to the information, a point is presented as that, the extractive product is foundation of policy making and producing extractive products is the history mission for our information workers in 21 century. Though 6 year practice of making the publication of Agricultural Sci tech Reference, a new way for leader's policy making service by using information is explored and the basic experiences of information service for leader policy making have been summed up systematically, that is laying stress on 3 main points of information development, holding 3 links of information collection, realizing 6 combination of information editing content and ensuring 3 standards of information processing.
