摘　　要：The author of this paper is the first Chinese to invest in 24P HD production and post-production equipment and to produce HD film and TV works. The 24P HD action film "Manhattan at Midnight" produced by him personally won two awards-Award for the Best Featrue Picture of the Year and Award for the Best Achievement in Cinematography at the 24th Philadelphia International Film Festival.
