异丙酚静脉麻醉用于经阴道取卵术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨异丙酚静脉麻醉下取卵手术的效果及对体外受精 胚胎移植(IVF ET)结局的影响。方法 :将IVF ET患者分为麻醉组与对照组 ,观察麻醉效果及异丙酚对呼吸循环系统的影响 ,对照两组患者IVF ET结局。结果 :异丙酚静脉麻醉见效快、复苏快 ,手术效果明显优于对照组 ,且无明显副作用。麻醉组取卵率显著提高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,优质胚胎率及妊娠率与对照组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :异丙酚静脉麻醉下经阴取卵术可获得满意的临床效果 ,而且对IVFObjective:To study the influence of propofol vein anesthesia on the result of vaginal egg retrival.Methods:The patients were divided into two groups:anesthesia group and control group and the anesthesia effect was evaluated.The clinical results of egg retrival and IVF ET were compared between the two groups.Results: Anesthesia group had a higher OPU rate(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference between two groups in good embryo rate and pregnancy rate(P>0.05). Conclusions:Propofol vein anesthesia used in egg retrival can make a satisfied clinical result and,had no influence to oocyte quality and treatment result.
