摘 要:滋养外胚层由具有上皮细胞特性的桑葚胚外层细胞发育而来,为腔化以及囊胚顺利着床奠定重要基础。滋养外胚层的形成受一系列复杂的分子网络调控,包括上皮细胞特性建立和定向分化。雌激素受体α(ERα)是一种配体依赖型转录因子,广泛存在于许多细胞和组织中,参与调节生理代谢。有研究报道ERα与调控滋养外胚层形成的分子存在关联。本文旨在对小鼠滋养外胚层形成的分子调控机制进行概述。The trophectoderm is derived mainly from outside cells of morula possessing epithelial cell characteristics,and it lays the foundations for cavitation and successful implantation of the blastocyst. The formation of trophectoderm is regulated by a series of complex molecular networks,including the establishment of epithelial cell characteristics and the directed differentiation. Estrogen receptor-α( ERα) is a ligand-dependent transcription factor,which is widely present in various types of cells and tissues to regulate physiological metabolism. Studies have reported that ERα is associated with the molecules regulating the formation of trophectoderm. This article aims at summarizing the molecular mechanisms of trophectoderm formation in mouse blastocysts.
