摘　　要：目的:了解我院近几年抗感染药物应用情况,从而获取抗感染药物宏观管理依据。方法:对我院1996年～2000年抗感染药物的购药金额、DDDs进行统计分析。结果:2000年DDDs排序列前10位的药物构成了抗感染药物的主干,其余抗感染药物的应用5年来有升有降。结论:我院抗感染药物的应用总体上是合理的,但其宏观管理还有待进一步加强。OBJECTIVE: To keep abreast of the situation of anti - infective agents used in our hospital in recent years, so as to afford a basis for macro administration of anti - infective agents.METHODS: To statistically analyse the sum of money and DDDs of anti - infective agents used in our hospital in the years 1996-2000.RESULTS:The drugs in first 10 places in sequence of DDDs constituted the main part of anti - infective agents used in 2000.The consumption of the rest of anti - infective agents showed that some increased and the other decreased in 5- year duration.CONCLUSION: In this hospital, the use of anti - infective agents is rational on the whole,however,the macro administration remains to be strengthened.
