摆线针轮行星传动针齿壳的有限元分析

摘　　要：本文根据摆线针轮行星传动受力分析的新方法,采用 DDJ-W 和自行研制的软件,对摆线针轮减速机针齿壳进行了有限元计算与分析,并对现场失效的针齿壳的失效机理进行了探讨,提出了提高和保证针齿壳寿命的措施。According to the new method of the force analysis applicable to cycloidal gear,calculates and ana- lyses the housing on the basis of the DDJ-W and the softwares programmed by ourselves,studies the failure cause of the housing happening in the field,and gives the concrete measures to increase and keep the sevice life of the housing.
