摘 要:本文概述了所完成的摆线针轮行星传动的计算机辅助设计理论,内容包括:按已知条件选择机型;按专家经验选择齿形;参数优化与齿形优化;主要零件的几何尺寸计算,准确受力分析、强度验算和应力场有限元分析;计算机绘图;摆线轮齿形测量尺寸的计算,在此基础上已设计出一整套新系列的摆线针轮行星减速机.样机试验证明,新系列产品的承载能力显著高于我国 JB2982-81标准中的同尺寸产品,而且传动效率高,满载温升低.Summarizes the theory of the computer aided design of cycloid gearing,which includes the following main points:selecting the model of the reducer according to the given conditions,selecting the tooth profile ac- cording to experts's experience,the optimization of parameters and tooth profile,the calculation of the gecometric size and the accurate analysis on major parts,the check of the strength and the analysis on stress-field by finite element method,computer aided drawing and the calculation of the measuring size of the tooth profile on cycloidal gear.By using the above method,designs a complete new series of cycloid speed-reducers.The test to the sample machine proves that not only the load-bearing capacity of the new series of products is significantly higher than that of the national standard JB2982-81 with the same size,but also the transmission efficiency is high and the rise in temperature under full-load is low.
