摘  要:目的用不同检测方法 ,探讨鼠疫疫情的快速诊断和鼠疫菌对不同抗菌药物的敏感性。方法鼠脏器用1/20万龙胆紫胰酶消化液溶血琼脂培养基、溶血琼脂培养基进行鼠疫菌分离培养 ,用RIHA检测FI抗原 ,IHA测FI抗体。对菌株进行药物敏感试验。结果从20只自死鼠分离出12株鼠疫菌 ,225只活鼠分离出2株鼠疫菌。15只死鼠RIHA阳性12份。7份死鼠同时进行RIHA和鼠疫菌分离培养 ,两种方法均为阳性 ,符合率100%。人血清检测247份 ,猫血清43份 ,狗血清80份 ,阳性分别为7份、5份、3份。鼠疫菌对26种抗菌药物中的22种敏感。结论RIHA是动物间鼠疫最快速诊断方法 ,而IHA检测指示动物FI抗体是新疫点早期发现鼠疫疫情的线索之一。Objective To detect FI antigen,FI antibody,Yersinia pestis in suspectable specimens and sensitivity of drugs to Bacteria Yersinia pestis. Methods Bacterial culture, RIHA, IHA and sensitivity tests of drug were conducted.Results Bacteria Yersinia pestis were found in 12 of 20 deceased rats and 2 of 225 alive rats. The titer of FI antigen was over 1:1280 by RIHA in 12 of 15 deceased rats and the serum titer of FI antibody was over 1:20 by IHA in 7 of 247 persons, 5 of 43 domestic cats and 3 of 80 domestic dogs.7 deceased rats were detected both FI antigen by RIHA and bacteria Yersinia pestis by culture. The two methods had the same positive result. Bacteria Yersinia pestis were found when the titer of FI antigen was over 1:1280 in the deceased rats by RIHA. Bacteria Yersinia pestis were sensitivity to 22 of 26 antibiotics.Conclusion RIHA is the rapidest method to detect bacterium Yersinia pestis in suspectable specimens and IHA can provide an early clue to find a new epidemic focus of rodent plague. Bacteria Yersinia pestis are more sensitive to norfloxacin than other antibiotics. [
