摘　　要：介绍一种由光栅传感器组成的集光、机、电为一体的智能精密测量系统.文中的自动判向方式及采用硬件和软件相结合可扩展测量长度的方法是本文的最大特色.Introduce an intelligent precise measure system which contains gating and is integrated with light, machine and electricity. The automatic orienting and the method of expandable measuring length by adopting hardware and software are the characteristics of the paper.
