摘 要:研究了一种气固两相流质量浓度在线实时检测的测量方法———摩擦电法 .推导了固体颗粒与管壁摩擦产生的电流与气固两相流固相质量浓度、气体平均流速以及固相颗粒大小间的关系 .以煤粉为研究对象进行实验研究 ,煤粉质量浓度在 1 7~ 45g/m3 、气体速度在 3~ 7m/s范围内 ,测量段产生的电流和气体流速、颗粒质量流量关系为 Im =4.92× 1 0 -11 u1.77W ,实验数据与理论计算基本符合 ,误差分析表明其测量误差为 2 0 % ,从而也验证了摩擦电法的可行性 .The triboelectricity method for on line real time measuring mass concentration of the gas solid multiphase flow is described. The current is produced by the friction between the solid particle and pipe wall, and the relationship between this current and the solid mass concentration of the gas solid multiphase flow, the average velocity of the gas flow as well as the solid particle size are investigated experimentally. The experiment was carried out by coal powder with a mass concentration of 17-45 g/m 3, and the velocity of the gas flow was 3-7 m/s. The relationship of the current, the velocity of the gas flow and the particles mass flux is I m=4.92×10 -11 1.77 W . The data measured is in accordance with the calculated results. The analysis indicates that the error is no more than 20%. Thus the feasibility is validated.
