虫草制剂对维持性血液透析患者T细胞凋亡和FasL表达的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察虫草制剂金水宝对维持性血液透析 (MHD)患者外周血T细胞凋亡和FasL表达的影响。方法 :应用流式细胞仪 (FCM)定量检测了 30名MHD患者 (血透组 )、30名MHD加金水宝治疗 3个月患者 (中药组 )的外周血T细胞在体外无刺激培养 2 4h后AnnexinⅤ和FasL的表达。结果 :血透组T细胞AnnexinⅤ和FasL表达显著高于中药组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两组AnnexinⅤ和FasL之间呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而AnnexinⅤ与Ccr间呈显著负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论Objective:To observe the effect of Jinshuibao capsule on apoptosis and expression of FasL on peripheral blood T cells in maintenance hemodialysis patients(MHD).Methods:Annexin V and FasL of T cells cultured with on stimulus for 24 hours were measured by flow cytometry in 30 hemodialysis patients(hemodialysis group)and 30 hemodialysis patients both Jinshuibao capsule for three months(Chinese medicine group).Results:Annexin Ⅴ and FasL of T cells significantly increased in hemodialysis group in comparison with Chinese medicine group,( P <0.05).There was significant positive correlation between Annexin Ⅴ and FasL in both groups ( P <0.05). There was significant negative correlation between Annexin Ⅴ and Ccr ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Jinshuibao can siguificantly inhibit T cell apoptosis in MHD patients.
