肾疏宁对MsPGN大鼠肾小球系膜基质的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察肾疏宁对MsPGN大鼠肾小球系膜基质中ColⅣ、FN的影响。方法 :综合运用口服牛血清白蛋白 ,尾静脉注射葡萄球菌肠毒素 ,定期注射弗氏佐剂 ,复制了大鼠MsPGN模型 ,利用免疫组化观察肾疏宁对MsPGN大鼠肾小球系膜基质中ColⅣ、FN的影响。结果 :模型组系膜基质中ColⅣ、FN表达明显增多 ,肾疏宁组和肾炎康复片组的表达则明显减少 ,其中肾疏宁组尤为显著。结论Objective:To explore the effects of Shenshuning on collagen Ⅳ(colⅣ) and fibronectin (FN) in Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN)in rats.Methods:Rats MsPGN model were made by feeding bovine serum albumin, injecting steophylococcus enterotoxin B into rat caudal vein and injecting Freunds adjuvant regularly.Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the effects of Shenshuning(SSN)on ColⅣ and FN in MsPGN.Results:The expression of FN and ColⅣ in model group increased significantly,but the expression of them in SSN and Shenyankangfu tablet groups decreased markedly ,specially in SSN group.Conclusion:SSN may treat MsPGN by decreasing the expression of ColⅣ and FN in mesangial matrix .
