摘　　要：本文建立了一个满足“局域平衡假设”的海-气气候模式,从而利用超熵产生作为判据,导出了气候出现异常现象时的一些参数关系.可望这些参数关系有助于定性研究El Nino的一些起因.In this paper, a sea-atmosphere climate model which satisfies the hypothesis of local equibalance is set up, and the parametric relations of the climate system which causes abnormal phenomena are deduced using excess-entrophy production as a criterion. It is expected that these relations would be conductive to the study of El Nino.
